I had the a twin room which was perfect and large. A shower, hairdryers, and a bidet were very handy. The hotel's position was convenient and excellent, to the staffbefore during-and-after the event.

My husband and I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Cuernavaca and had a fantastic experience. The hotel, tucked away in a quiet location, offered a tranquil oasis in the heart of the city. The beautifully renovated mansion, with its stunning artwork and lush gardens, provided a delightful atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the spacious suite with comfortable beds and a luxurious bathtub with jets. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that our needs were met throughout our stay. The hotel also had great amenities, including a pool, jacuzzi, and dry sauna, which we took advantage of. The restaurant served delicious Mexican food, including one of the best club sandwiches we've had. Despite a few drawbacks, such as higher breakfast prices and a lack of English-speaking staff, we highly recommend this hotel for its delightful ambiance, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent facilities. our experience at Boutique Casa De Campo was nothing short of wonderful.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The service is top-notch, with attentive staff always ready to assist. Breakfast is delicious, with options that will satisfy every appetite. Plus, the hotel offers beautiful views of the garden and its unique bird population.
One minor drawback is that the hotel occasionally hosts events in the garden, which may disturb those who prefer to sleep in.

the exclusive amenities, high, quality service, and beautiful sun terrace exceeded our expectations. the in, room breakfast was delicious, and the bar/lounge area was an excellent place to relax. the garden area and public baths were beautifully maintained, and the massage we received at the spa centre was top, notch.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the beauty treatment. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, we felt the treatment could have been more thorough and better executed.

Lovely converted mansion with beautiful gardens and great facilities for families. The hotel offers a good variety of amenities such as a nice pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, and well-decorated dining room. Rooms come equipped with fully functioning AC unit and super comfy beds. Location is also a plus, conveniently located within walking distance of downtown and tourist attractions.
Prices are not family-friendly and can add up unexpectedly. Be careful with charges for additional children or extra services, as these may be charged at the time of check-in. Also, be sure to check the room type you are getting, as the hotel may swap your room with a cheaper one without explanation.
